To request deletion use the Contact & Support page or the Delete Account option in account settings if available.
Deleting your account may remove your profile information saved journal entries saved weekly reflections saved forgiveness card reflections pathway preferences and app progress history.
Deleting your account does not automatically create a refund.
Some information may be kept for legal billing security fraud prevention or recordkeeping purposes.
If you purchased a paid plan deleting your account may remove your access to that plan.
Before requesting deletion please download or save anything you want to keep.
