Still Worthy™ is a faith-based healing, journaling, forgiveness, and personal growth app. The app provides reflection tools, Scriptures, prayers, affirmations, journal prompts, forgiveness cards, guided resources, digital downloads, weekly reflections, completion badges, coaching inquiry options, and speaking inquiry options.
Still Worthy™ is not therapy, medical care, mental health treatment, legal advice, financial advice, crisis support, or emergency services.
2. No Professional Advice
The content inside Still Worthy™ is provided for encouragement spiritual reflection education and personal growth.
Nothing in the app should be used as a substitute for professional counseling medical care mental health treatment legal advice financial advice emergency support or crisis care.

3. User Responsibility

You agree not to store passwords financial details Social Security numbers government identification numbers emergency information addresses school names phone numbers or other highly sensitive details inside journal entries.
4. Journal Content
Your journal entries are private to your account but no digital platform can promise complete risk-free privacy or security.
You are responsible for the content you enter into the app.

5. Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your login information private.
Do not share your password. Do not allow others to access your account. Notify support if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Still Worthy™ is not responsible for losses disclosures or account activity caused by your failure to protect your login information to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6. Digital Access and Payments
Paid plans are charged upfront before access is granted.
The 30-Day Healing Reset provides 30 days of access. The 60-Day Rebuild Plan provides 60 days of access. The 90-Day Rise Plan provides 90 days of access. Annual Access provides one full year of access.
All payments are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.
Users are responsible for reviewing the plan price access period and terms before completing payment.
7. No Refunds
Because Still Worthy™ provides immediate access to digital app content downloadable resources guided plans journal tools forgiveness cards devotionals and other materials refunds are not provided for unused access missed usage change of mind accidental purchase partial use of the app or failure to use the app during the access period.
If there is a duplicate charge or clear billing error users may contact support for review. A billing review does not guarantee a refund.
8. Third-Party Services
The app may use third-party providers for hosting payment processing email delivery analytics storage authentication app-building tools customer support or other technical services.
Still Worthy™ does not control every third-party service platform outage breach error delay or technical issue.
To the fullest extent permitted by law Still Worthy™ by Simply Sophia™ its owners creators developers affiliates contractors vendors service providers and representatives are not responsible for third-party service failures outages unauthorized access payment provider errors app store issues hosting errors internet interruptions or events outside reasonable control.
9. Security Limitations
Still Worthy™ uses reasonable efforts to protect user information but no software website app database network server payment system email system or digital platform can be guaranteed completely secure.
By using the app you understand and accept the normal risks of using online services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law Still Worthy™ by Simply Sophia™ its owners creators developers affiliates contractors vendors service providers and representatives are not responsible for unauthorized access hacking data loss service interruption account misuse or disclosure caused by circumstances outside reasonable control.

This includes but is not limited to emotional distress personal decisions relationship decisions employment decisions financial loss business loss lost profits lost data account access issues service interruptions third-party errors unauthorized access or reliance on app content.

Still Worthy™ does not guarantee healing recovery emotional improvement spiritual growth relationship repair employment outcomes reentry outcomes financial outcomes legal outcomes coaching outcomes or any specific result.
Your journey is personal. The app provides tools and support but results may vary.
12. User Indemnification
You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Still Worthy™ by Simply Sophia™ its owners creators developers affiliates contractors vendors service providers and representatives from claims damages losses liabilities costs or expenses arising from your misuse of the app violation of these Terms violation of another person's rights or user-submitted content.
13. Youth Users
Still Worthy™ is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parent or guardian permission.
Users under 13 should not create a private account without parent or guardian permission.
Youth users should use the app with support from a parent guardian mentor or trusted adult.
14. International Users
Still Worthy™ is based in the United States. If you access the app from outside the United States you understand that your information may be processed and stored in the United States or in systems used to operate the app.
